Strain developmentC-terminally Myc-tagged mouse HtrA1 under the CAG promoter was inserted into the mouse Rosa locus by a modified CRISPR/Cas9 system. Injection and transplantation were performed by Institute of Immunology (Tochigi, Japan). The line is maintained by crossing the KI-hetero male to C57BL/6 female. Viable in heterozygous and homozygous. Expression of HtrA1-Myc is detected by western blotting for HtrA1 and Myc.
