Strain descriptionOxtr遺伝子終止コドン上流にHAタグ配列(3 copies)、T2Aペプチド配列、iCre配列、ERT2配列(Estrogen receptor誘導体)がノックインされており、タモキシフェン投与により、Oxtr発現細胞においてiCreを発現する。Oxtrタンパク質C末端に3コピーのHAタグを付加しており、若齢マウスでは脳組織で検出できる。Homozygous同士の交配で繁殖可能。
