Strain development東京医科歯科大学 平岡優一,田中光一日本クレア社の C57BL/6JJcl 系統から得られた受精卵の細胞質に Cas9 タンパク質、cr/tracrRNA、ターゲティングプラスミドを顕微注入して作製した。ファウンダー個体を日本クレア社の C57BL/6JJcl 系統に対して 3 世代以上交配してヘテロ型個体を得たのち、同系統との交配にて維持した。へテロ/ホモ型個体ともに生存・繁殖は可能である。
