Strain development理研・サイトカイン制御研究チーム・久保允人博士2010 年に作出。C57BL/6CrSlc の受精卵を使用。C57BL/6 コンジェニック系統。C57BL/6JJcl に 10 世代以上戻し交配を行う。交配により Y 染色体は B6 置換済み。
Strain descriptionIl21 Exon5 の下流に IRES 配列を介し hCD2 遺伝子をトランスジェニックとして導入した。IL-21 を産生する細胞で hCD2 が発現するので、hCD2 を細胞表面マーカーとして可視化できる。
