Strain development慶應義塾大学 竹馬 俊介、国立国際医療センター研究所 岡村 匡史により 2019 年に作出。C57BL/6J 受精卵を用いて作成。C57BL/6 の OT-IITCR Tg マウス、CD45.1 コンジェニックマウスと交配。(これらの系統由来遺伝子は落ちている)。作出後、C57BL/6 背景で維持。Ｙ染色体も C57BL/6 由来。交配、生育に異常なし。
Strain descriptionIl2 遺伝子の 3’ UTR に IRES-mCherry 配列をノックインしたマウス。T 細胞の活性化に伴う IL-2 産生と並行して、mCherry レポータータンパクを細胞質に発現する。FACS および蛍光顕微鏡で検出可能。
