Strain development2022年、理化学研究所 濱田博司研究室と生体モデル開発チームとの共同研究にて樹立。B6/129由来のG4 ES cellにCRISPR/Cas9法でmNeonGreen遺伝子を導入後、得られた細胞をICR由来の8cellにインジェクションしキメラを作成した。キメラをC57BL/6JJclマウスと交配し、F1を得た。以降兄妹交配で継代維持。マウスE7.5胚クラウンセル繊毛、核において発現が認められた。繊毛の形態、密度、左右に関しての影響は認められない。
Strain descriptionPkd2(polycystic kidney disease 2)遺伝子exson15のストップコドンに換えて(G4S)3mNeonGreenを挿入したアリルを持つマウス。Pkd2チャネルの局在を可視化する。
