Strain development2021年、理化学研究所 濱田博司研究室にて樹立。B6/129由来のG4 ES cellにCRISPR/Cas9法でVenus遺伝子を導入後、得られたES cellをICR由来のMoluraとアグリゲイトしキメラを作成した。。キメラをC57BL/6JJcl(日本クレア)マウスと交配し、F1を得た。以降兄妹交配で継代維持。
Strain descriptionTPPP3 (tubulin polymerization-promoting protein family member 3)のN末にVenusが融合したタンパクを発現する。蛍光観察でTPPP3のタンパク質がいつどの組織のどの細胞で発現が開始されるかを経時的に解析する上で利用できる。
