Strain descriptionマウスカルシトニン受容体(Calcr)遺伝子プロモーターの下流に、Cre組み換え酵素遺伝子を持つ。条件的遺伝子組み換えに利用できる。Calcrは脳以外でも破骨細胞などに発現するが脳（内側視索前野（MPOA））以外におけるCreの発現については確かめていない。
