Strain development肝臓で特異的にmouse SVBPを高発現させるため、albumin enhancer, albumin promoter, mouse VASH2 coding region, SV40 intron polyAを含む遺伝子を導入したトランスジェニックマウスを作製した。得られた雄hete x 雌C57BL/6J の産仔　hete x hete 交配し、得られた雄homo x 雌B6J で胚凍結。Yは原系統(B6J)。
Strain descriptionVasohibin-1,-2(VASH1, VASH2)はSVBPと結合することによりチューブリン脱チロシン化活性を示す。VASH2は癌組織で高発現していることが知られており、VASH1,VASH2とSVBPを肝臓で高発現させた際に肝発癌への影響を明らかにするために２０１８年に理研古谷が作製した。
