Strain development大阪大学蛋白質研究所・古川貴久作成(2019年)。B6Jの受精卵にpX330-U6-Chimeric_BB-CBh-hSpCas9 （Addgene ID :#42230）をインジェクションすることで作製した。gRNAの配列はGGCGAGGAGCCCATCAAGTAtgg（小文字はPAM配列）C57BL/6J(日本SLC)と戻し交配した。
Strain descriptionゲノム編集によりPeli3のエキソン2にフレームシフト変異（16 bp欠失）が導入されており､premature termination codonが出現する。
