Strain development福島県立医科大学井上直和博士により、2014年にマウスが作製された。F0マウスはB6D2F1と交配し、産仔を得た後、兄妹交配を繰り返している。特段の表現型は見られない。
Strain descriptionDcst2 cDNAの下流にPA-tagの遺伝子が融合されており、その遺伝子が精巣特異的なプロモーター (Clgn) により発現しているトランスジェニックマウス。
