ES Cell line
Background strain
Appearance
Strain developmentDeposited by Masahito Ikawa, Research Institute for Microbial Diseases, Osaka University in 2021. Fertilized eggs derived from BDF1 × BDF1 were used to generate this line. Mixed genetic background.
Strain descriptionDcst1 mutant mouse generated by the CRISPR/Cas9. 1 bp deletion in the Dcst1 gene. This strain also has a transgene expressing Dcst1 fused with 3xHA under the control of Clgn promoter.
