Strain development開発者：石井恵子、川上和義（2013年）Tg作製時のインジェクション受精卵系統はBDF1BDF1 TgのF1雌をC57BL/6JJcl雄で7代戻し交配し、その後はTg雄をC57BL/6JJcl雌で18代まで戻し交配。現在のY染色体は背景系統（C57BL/6JJcl）。CD4+T細胞がCyrptococcus neoformansおよびCda2によって活性化する。
Strain descriptionCryptococcus neoformansのキチンデアセチラーゼ2を、MHCクラスII拘束性に認識するT細胞受容体のトランスジェニックマウス。クリプトコックス感染におけるT細胞の分化や機能を解析するのに用いられる。
