Strain development統合失調症に関連した過剰硫黄ストレスモデルとして、全身性にMpst (生体内で硫化水素を合成する酵素の一つ)を過剰発現する系統を作出した。次世代シークエンサ解析によりchr5に2コピーtransgeneが入っていることがわかっている。intergenic領域3.2kbpがtransgene 2 copyに置換した形。Tgマウスは親系統であるC57BL/6NCrlと交配することにより維持。精子を個体化した場合、半数はnon-Tgマウスとなる。Y染色体は原系統由来。一見正常。プレパルス抑制試験にてperformance低下、脳内ATP含量低下など。
