Strain development開発者：西住 裕文、渡邊 武、山本 雅開発年：1994年入手経路：九州大学生体防御医学研究所(渡邊研)でlyn遺伝子欠損ES細胞を作製し、東京大学医科学研究所(山本研)でlyn遺伝子欠損マウスを樹立した。129Svj由来のES細胞株(E14)を用いて、lyn遺伝子のexon4末を相同組み換えによって欠失させた後、C57BL6/Jと交雑した。日本クレア社C57BL/6J系統に戻し交配（おおよそ7-8回）。B細胞の分化異常、B細胞の増殖低下、自己抗体産生、自己免疫疾患
Strain descriptionチロシンキナーゼLynは、B細胞抗原受容体やFcgRIIB、肥満細胞のFcɛRI受容体などと会合し、受容体刺激により活性化して細胞内シグナル伝達を引き起こす。従って、lyn遺伝子を欠損すると、各種受容体からのシグナル伝達が減弱し、様座な異常が生ずる。
