Strain development2018年、今吉　格(Itaru Imayoshi)／京都大学大学院生命科学研究科（Graduate School of Biostudies, Kyoto University）が奥野 浩行／鹿児島大学大学院医歯学総合研究科（Graduate School of Medical and Dental Sciences, Kagoshima University）との共同研究で作成。C57BL/6N由来のES細胞(EGR-109)での相同組換えにより作製。
Strain description蛍光たんぱく質tdiFP713NLSが、Cre及びFLPの両方の組み換え後に発現するコンストラクトを、Rosa26遺伝子座にノックインしてある。発現レベルを増強する為に、プロモーターはCAGプロモーターを用いており、またtdiFP713NLSの終止コドンとSV40pA配列の間にWPRE配列を挿入してある。キメラマウス由来の精子とC57BL/6マウス由来の卵子を人工授精して得られた受精卵にpIC-Cre発現プラスミドをインジェクションして、loxP-Stop-loxPカセットを除去した。tdiFP713NLSにはHA-tagが付加してある。
