Strain development2018年、今吉 格(Itaru Imayoshi)/京都大学大学院生命科学研究科(Graduate School of Biostudies, Kyoto University)が奥野 浩行/鹿児島大学大学院医歯学総合研究科(Graduate School of Medical and Dental Sciences, Kagoshima University)との共同研究で作成。C57BL/6N由来のES細胞(EGR-108)での相同組換えにより作製。
Strain description蛍光たんぱく質tdiFP713NLSが、Cre及びFLPの両方の組み換え後に発現するコンストラクトを、Rosa26遺伝子座にノックインしてある。発現レベルを増強する為に、プロモーターはCAGプロモーターを用いており、またtdiFP713NLSの終止コドンとSV40pA配列の間にWPRE配列を挿入してある。キメラマウスをpCAG-FLPeマウスと交配し、FRT-Stop-FRTカセットを除去した。tdiFP713NLSにはHA-tagが付加してある。
