Strain descriptionRunx1+24 mouse conserved noncoding element (mCNE)とmouse heatshock protein 68 minimak promoter を結合させた配列の下流にmouse Evi1(Ecotropic viral integration site-1)を配置し, 造血幹・前駆細胞にmEvi1が高発現している。
