Strain developmentDeposited by Ryo Goitsuka, Tokyo, Tokyo University of Science, in 2020. Mice were generated using ES cell line IDG26.10-3 (Hitz, C., Wurst, W. & Kuhn, R. Conditional brain-specific knockdown of MAPK using Cre/loxP regulated RNA interference. Nucleic Acids Res 35, e90,2007). C57BL/6J congenic strain by backcrossing for 12 generations.
