Strain descriptionTex36 KO mouse generated by the CRISPR/Cas9. 15,135 bp deletion in the Tex36 gene. This strain also has a transgene expressing GFP in sperm acrosome from acr3-EGFP and RFP in sperm mitochondoria from CAG/su9-DsRed2.
