Former Common namePhf7<KI/wt>
H-2 Haplotype
ES Cell lineEGR-G01 [129S2 x C57BL/6NCr-Tg(CAG/Acr-EGFP)]
Background strain
Appearance
Strain developmentDeposited by Masahito Ikawa, Research Institute for Microbial Diseases, Osaka University in 2020. Mice were generated using EGR-G01 (ES cell) derived from (129S2 x B6Cr)F1-Tg(CAG/Acr-EGFP). Mice were further crossed to B6D2. Mixed genetic background.
Strain descriptionA point mutant (C160A) in the Phf7 gene generated by the CRISPR/Cas9. Male homozygous KI mutants exhibit infertility. This strain also has a transgene expressing Acr-EGFP under the control of CAG promoter.
