Strain development開発者：山中宏二、開発年：2010年（論文発表2017年）BDF1受精卵を用いた。C57BL/6J (CLEA)に10回以上戻し交配した。繁殖性も含め特に神経系の異常を認めない。
Strain descriptionマウスプリオンプロモータの下流に野生型ヒトTDP-43のC末端部分（Arg208からMet414まで）cDNAを発現するマウス。トランスジーンは神経系に広く発現し、TDP-43cDNAのC端に3xFLAGタグを有する。
