Strain development北里大学・佐々木宣哉（2016年）C57BL/6J(B6)系統。B6由来のファウンダーマウスとB6のF1個体を作出。Kcnh7<N64>をヘテロで維持しながら、B6JJclに戻し交配を行う。4世代(N4)以降から兄妹交配を行い、Kcnh7<N64>をホモにして維持。
Strain descriptionKCNH7<N64>はKCNH7のN末細胞内テイルにおいて64アミノ酸欠損した変異である。
