Strain development開発者： 金沢大学・多久和　陽（2008年）C57BL/6系統の受精卵を用いて作出（トランスジーンをインジェクションにより導入）。C57BL/6系統。C57BL/6Jマウスとの交配により維持。Tgマウスは心肥大、心筋線維化や血管内膜肥厚亢進を呈する。
Strain description脂質メディエーターとして働くスフィンゴシン1-リン酸（S1P）は，5種のS1P特異的Gタンパク質共役型受容体S1P1～S1P5を介して作用する。このうちS1P1は三量体Gタンパク質Giを介してPI3K経路によるAktや低分子量Gタンパク質Racの活性化を引き起こす。S1P1は血管内皮のバリア機能強化やNO産生促進、リンパ球の化学遊走を引き起こす。このマウスは、Human alpha-mooth muscle actin (ACTA2)プロモーター制御下でSphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) receptor-1 (S1P1R)を発現するトランスジェニックマウスである。
