Strain developmentCRISPR/Cas9システムにより、Lvrn遺伝子の62塩基が欠失されたマウス。BDF1 × BDF1より得られた受精卵の核内にLvrnを標的とするsgRNAとCas9タンパク質を発現するプラスミドDNA（pX330）を注入することによりKOマウスを作出した。ヘテロ雌雄の交配により維持している。致死性は認められない。
