Strain development開発者／機関：飛田知央，淨住大慈，伊川正人／大阪大学開発年：2015BDF1 × BDF1より得られた受精卵の核内にMorn3を標的とするsgRNAとCas9タンパク質を発現するプラスミドDNA（pX330）を注入することによりKOマウスを作出した。ヘテロ雌雄の交配により維持している。見かけ上異常は認められない。
Strain descriptionCRISPR/Cas9システムにより、Morn3遺伝子の1塩基（C）が欠失され、2塩基（TG）が新たに挿入されたマウス。
