Strain development熊本大学生命資源研究・支援センターにおいて杉本道彦、荒木喜美が2016年に作製。C57BL/6N系統由来雄ES細胞（6NK-7）を用いてゲノム編集を行い、キメラ作製を経て系統を樹立。C57BL/6N系統由来雄ES細胞（6NK-7）を使用。異常は認められない。
Strain descriptionCRISPR/Cas9システムを利用したゲノム編集により、Vps50遺伝子のexon 3に8塩基欠損を誘導した遺伝子破壊マウス。
