TypeTargeted MutationCartagena
SpeciesMus musculus
Strain nameB6.B6CB-Gsdmd<tm1.2Tshir>/Ms
Former Common nameGsdmdflox/flox, Gsdmdfl/fl, Gsdmd cKO
H-2 Haplotype
ES Cell lineTT2 [(C57BL/6NCrlj x CBA/JNCrlj)F1]
Background strain
Appearance
Strain developmentDeveloped by Toshihiko Shiroishi and Tomoaki Fujii, National Institute of Genetics in 2005. TT2 ES cells derived from (C57BL/6 x CBA)F1 were used. Mice were backcrossed to C57BL/6J for more than 10 generations. C57BL/6 congenic line. Frt-flanked Neo cassette was deleted by crossing with Flp mice.
Strain descriptionFloxed mice for Gsdmd.
