| Strain development | 改正恒康（理化学研究所 統合生命医科学研究センター 炎症制御研究チーム 客員主管研究員）が理化学研究所 免疫・アレルギー科学総合研究センターにて2009年頃作製。BALB/c コンジェニック系統。B6.Cg-Xcr1<tm1Ksho> (RBRC09486) をBALB/cAJclに20世代戻し交配を行った。Y染色体は背景系統。発生学的な異常は特に認められない。免疫学的な異常についても、SPF環境下では特に認められない。 |
| Strain description | ケモカイン受容体XCR1は、ケモカインXCL1の受容体であり、主として樹状細胞の一つのサブセットに高い特異性をもって発現している。本マウスは、XCR1遺伝子座に蛍光タンパク質venus遺伝子をノックインしたマウスであり、Venusの発現にて、XCR1陽性細胞を同定できる。 |
