Strain development開発者：大塚製薬入手経路：大塚製薬より供与譲渡後、C57BL/6J と10回以上back-cross。表現型：過敏行動。　-/-マウス同士の交配で繁殖可能であるが交配頻度は低く、出産後食殺多い。出産数少ない（3-5匹）。+/-の交配で繁殖。
Strain descriptionApba1 (amyloid beta (A4) precursor protein binding, family A, member 1; X11/mint 1) knockout mice. Homozygous mutants are fertile, but their littermate size is small (3 to 5 pups per litter). Heterozygous mice are used for breeding.
