Strain developmentBDF1×BDF1より得られた受精卵へDcst1遺伝子エクソン1の蛋白質コード領域を標的としたCRISPR/Cas9プラスミドをマイクロインジェクションすることで欠損を誘導した。開発者／機関：藤原祥高、伊川正人／大阪大学開発年：2015年BDF1と数回交配後、ミックスバックグラウンドで兄弟交配により維持していた。KO雄マウスは、精子融合不全のため不妊になる。
Strain description精巣で発現するDcst1遺伝子のエクソン1に1 bpの欠損が認められるマウス。
