Strain developmentBDF1×BDF1より得られた受精卵の核内に、Tex43のエキソン1を標的とするsgRNAとCas9タンパク質を発現するプラスミドDNA（pX330）を注入し、ヘテロKOマウスを作出した。開発者／機関：宮田治彦, 伊川正人／大阪大学開発年：2016BDF1と数回交配後、ミックスバックグラウンドで兄弟交配により維持していた。KO雄マウスは見かけ上、正常に発育し、生殖能力にも特に異常は見られない。
Strain descriptionCRISPR/Cas9システムによりTex43遺伝子をホモ欠失したマウス（4塩基欠損）。KOオスでのTEX43タンパク質消失は確認していない。
