Strain developmentC57BL/N embryonic stem cellsを用いて作出２０１５年、御子柴克彦　博士、久恒智博　博士により樹立。C57BL/N ヘテロマウスで 維持。ホモマウスは、生後直後〜２４以内で死亡する。稀に成体に成長する個体がある。FVB/NJ X C57BL6系統のハイブリッドマウスでは、ほとんどが生体に成長し、低血圧をしめす。
