Strain developmentC57BL/6系統のES細胞で作成した floxマウス日本SLCから購入したC57BL/6マウスとの交配により樹立開発者/機関:御子柴　克彦(理化学研究所　脳科学総合研究センター)開発年:2009年同一系統内で系統を維持。採卵用♀C57BL/6(日本チャールス・リバーから購入)とヘテロマウスを用いて凍結胚を作成。
Strain descriptionAhcyl1/IRBITはIP3R,NBC1,CFTR, NHE3そしてCPSF複合体などの相互作用蛋白質として知られ、結合によりそれらの蛋白質の活性を制御している事が知られている。ZebrafishにおいてIRBITの発現がembryo developmentに影響を与えることが知られている。ES細胞の異なるLine#82, Line#129の２ラインあり。
