Strain developmentB6Jマウス肝臓由来のNKT細胞から取り出した核をチャールス・リバーより購入したB6D2F1マウスの卵に移植。理研・谷口克博士により樹立（2010）キメラマウスを作出後、チャールス・リバーより購入したB6Jとの交配により黒毛個体を選別。10代バッククロスをかけた後、兄弟交配にて系統維持をした。
Strain descriptionRearrangeが起こるとCa下流に組み込まれたVenusが光る。T細胞の分化メカニズム解析に用いられる。
