Strain developmentインジェクションの受精卵系統：B6D2F1ジーンターゲティングに用いたES細胞名：KH2開発者：河村真吾開発年：2013ホモ同士の交配により系統を維持
Strain description組み換え酵素Creが発現した細胞でrtTA3-ires-Venusが発現する。Doxycycline投与により、rtTA3が発現した細胞でEWS/ATF1融合遺伝子とmCherry(EWS/ATF1-ires-mCherry)の発現誘導が可能である。EWS/ATF1はFLAG-HA tag（3’ side）で標識してある。
