Strain developmentDeveloped by Shingo Komura and his colleagues in 2013, and deposited by Yasuhiro Yamada, Center for iPS Cell Research and Application, Kyoto University. KH2 ES cells derived from ((C57BL/6(f)× 129/SV(m))F1 were used. Mixed genetic background.
Strain descriptionCompound mouse line harboring the following two loci; 1, loxP-Pgk-neo-loxP-rtTA3-ires-Venus is knocked in at the Rosa26 locus, 2, tetO-EWSR1/ATF1-ires-mCherry is knocked in at the Col1a1 locus.
