Strain developmentES細胞：KH2-mouse DekES cells (F1:C57B6/SV129)、ホスト胚：ICR 開発者：富田　弘之　(2010年) 組み換えES細胞作製ES細胞のインジェクション：大阪大学発生工研究会C57Bl6/Jにて、3-4世代交配。表現型は形態的に変化なし。
Strain description全身性rtTAタンパク質存在下で、Dek cDNA (3×FLAGタグ付き)を発現するノックインマウス。Col1a1にTet-operaterとDek cDNA・3×FLAG tag が組み込まれ、rtTAマウスと交配することで、全身性にDekを強制発現させることができる。また、rtTAタンパク質を発現する様々な遺伝子改変マウスと交配することにより、細胞種特異的に発現させることが出来る。
