Strain descriptionKnock-in mice in which Ddx41 protein with a point mutation (R525H) is expressed by Cre-mediated recombination. Several mutations in DDX41 were found in myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and adult familial acute myeloid leukemia (AML) syndrome.
