Strain development開発者／機関：藤原祥高、伊川正人／大阪大学開発年：2012年129×C57BL/6由来のES細胞(EGR-G01)にジーンターゲティング法にて変異を加えたクローン（#11B）を用いてキメラマウスを作出した。このキメラマウスからBDF1雌マウスとの交配によりヘテロ欠損マウスを作出した。このヘテロ欠損マウスより得られた受精卵へClgnプロモータ制御下でAdam3-FLAGタンパク質が発現するプラスミドDNAをマイクロインジェクションしてTgマウスを作出した。BDF1と数回交配後、ミックスバックグラウンドで兄弟交配により維持している。系KO雄マウスは不妊であるが、トランスジーンにより妊孕性が回復する。
Strain description精巣特異的に発現するAdam3遺伝子を欠損しており、Calmeginプロモーター下でAdam3-Flagトランスジーンを発現している。
