Appearance | |
Strain development | Developed by Yoshitaka Fujihara and Masahito Ikawa, Research Institute for Microbial Diseases, Osaka University in 2014. EGR-G01 ES cells derived from (129S2 x B6Cr)F1 were used. Transgene was injected to fertilized eggs of BDF1 x heterozygous Adam3 KO. Mice were backcrossed to BDF1 for several generations. Mixed genetic background. |
Strain description | Adam3 knockout mice with a transgene containing Flag-tagged Adam3 under the control of Clgn promoter. |
