Strain development開発者／機関：淨住大慈、伊川正人／大阪大学開発年：2015年BDF1×BDF1より得られた受精卵へFrem3遺伝子第1エキソン内領域を標的とするsgRNAを発現するpX330プラスミドをマイクロインジェクションすることにより当該マウスを作出した。ヘテロ雌雄の交配により維持している。ホモ雄の妊孕性の低下は認められない。
Strain descriptionFrem3遺伝子の、第1エクソン内に、5塩基の欠失を持つ。この欠損はCDS内に生じているため、フレームシフトを誘導する。
