Strain development板野直樹(京都産業大学)2006年開発ES細胞(129/SvEvTac)をC57BL/6胚に注入して得たキメラマウスからKOマウスを作出。ヘテロマウスをGAG-FLPeマウスと交配してFrt配列を除去した後、C57BL/6に7世代戻し交配を行った。
