| Strain development | 塩野義製薬（株）にてFVB/NJcl系統への受精卵前核インジェクションにより作製。FVB/NJclとの交配によりgermline transmissionを確認。その後、兄妹交配にて系統育成。SPF環境下での飼育において、一般状態への異常は認められない。 |
| Strain description | STAT3Cは、恒常的に活性化された変異型のSTAT3である。本マウスは、K14プロモーター下でStat3Cを発現するコンストラクトがトランスジーンされている。活性型Stat3を表皮角化細胞特異的に発現し、TPAを処置することにより乾癬患者に類似した皮膚炎が発症する系統であり、乾癬の病態解明に有用な系統であると考える。 |
