Strain descriptionヒトCD2プロモーター制御下で、マウスCcdc86 (coiled-coil domain containing 86, 別名Cyclon) をリンパ球特異的に発現するトランスジェニックマウス。T細胞だけでなく、B細胞にもトランスジーンの発現が認められる。活性化T細胞におけるFas蛋白質の発現が亢進している。
