| Strain development | EUCOMMよりES細胞を購入後、大阪大学 蛋白質研究所、分子発生学研究室において系統を樹立。Cre recombinaseによりItfg1遺伝子のexon4（58 bp）を欠失しnull変異体となる。１２９系統およびB6C3H系統のマウスと掛け合わせを行い、その後は、兄妹交配により継代していた。 |
