Strain development寄託者が作出。BAC（RP23-171K6）を使用したBACトランスジェニックマウス。DBHの翻訳開始部位にmammalianized tTA（mtTA）-SV40 polyAを挿入してある。BDF1の受精卵を使用。129SvEvTac、C57BL6Jなどとのmixed background。
Strain descriptionノルアドレナリン神経でtTAを発現する。ノルアドレナリン神経特異的に発現するドパミンbeta水酸化酵素のプロモーターを利用。
