Strain descriptionヒト骨格筋α-アクチンプロモーターの支配下でヒトFABP3を発現するトランスジェニックマウス。FABP3は骨格筋に発現するFABP種であるが、本マウスでは骨格筋におけるFABP3量が増強されている。骨格筋におけるヒトFABP3の発現量はRBRC No. 09461＞RBRC No. 09460である。
