Strain development129由来ES細胞TC1を用いて相同組み換えによりマウスを作製。PGK-neoはB6;SJL-Tg (ACTFLPe)9205Dym/Jマウスとの交配により除去。その後、129系統のマウスと4回以上掛け合わせた。生殖能に問題はない。
