Strain developmentEUCOMMより導入したESよりマウス（flox）を作製しCAG-Creマウスを掛け合わせてKOマウスとした系統。B6C3HF1と1回掛け合わせを行った。その後兄妹交配により継代している。Lrtm2のexon1と開始コドンを含むexon2をCreにより削除してある。
Strain descriptionLrtm2は中枢神経系に発現する膜貫通蛋白質である。
